How do I find the right size?
You will find a detailed size chart on every product page. Please take a moment to review it before ordering - choosing the right size helps reduce returns and protect the environment. More here.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, cancellations are not possible after the order has been placed, as the production process starts immediately and your product is individually made for you. Please review your order carefully - especially the size - before completing your purchase.
How can I track my order?
After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with all the details of your order. Once your items are shipped, you will get another email containing the shipping details and a tracking number. You can check the status of your order anytime here.
How long does delivery typically take?
We craft every piece on-demand to avoid overproduction and waste. Your order is made just for you with care and sustainability in mind. Please note: we currently ship only within Germany. Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days. More here.
Can I return my order?
Yes, returns are possible - you have 14 days after receiving your order to send it back. Since we produce each item individually on demand, we kindly ask you to check our size guide beforehand and order consciously. The return shipping costs are covered by the customer. This way, we help conserve resources and avoid unnecessary returns together. Initiate return here.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Germany, with an estimated delivery time of 5–8 business days. However, we are working on expanding to other European countries soon - stay tuned for updates! Follow us on Instagram here.
