Return Process
At GOLSTRIVE, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, you can easily return your items within 14 days of receiving them. Please follow the steps below to complete your return.
Returns
1. Eligibility Check
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging.
2. Initiate Your Return
Simply use our withdrawal request via the button below “Contract Cancellation” to initiate your return.
Important:
The order number starts with “#” and can be found in the top right corner of your order confirmation email.
Once you submit a return request, it may take up to 24 hours for us to review and approve it.
3. Prepare Your Package
- After the order has been approved: Pack the item(s) carefully to avoid damage during transit.
4. Ship Back to Us
- Please wait for our confirmation before returning your order.
- We will send you the return instructions shortly.
- Afterwards, you may create a return shipping label via a carrier of your choice (e.g. DHL, DPD, UPS, or GLS).
- We recommend choosing a shipping option with tracking and insurance of up to 500€.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Refund Processing
- Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Important Notes
We do not accept returns sent without prior authorization. Wait for approval and shipping instructions from us via email.
