Return Process
At GOLSTRIVE, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order is not exactly what you expected, we have designed a return process that is clear and hassle-free. Follow the steps below to make your return quick and easy.
Returns
1. Eligibility Check
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging.
2. Initiate Your Return
- Visit our Self-serve portal and follow the instructions below:
1. Sign-in to your account.
2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Request return".
If you submit a return request, please allow us up to 24 hours to review and approve it.
3. Prepare Your Package
- After the order has been approved: Pack the item(s) securely to avoid damage during transit.
4. Ship Back to Us
- Please wait for our message before shipping. We will send you the return instructions shortly.
- You can purchase a return label directly through the DHL portal here.
- We recommend choosing the shipping option that includes liability up to €500 and tracking for your peace of mind.
- Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
5. Refund Processing
- Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Important Notes
We do not accept returns sent without prior authorization. Wait for approval and shipping instructions from us via email.
