Shipping conditions & payment

Production to order

GOLSTRIVE only produces items after receiving your order. We do not hold stock, thus avoiding overproduction and excess. Each item is made individually for you.

Processing time (order)

Production time is usually 2–3 business days*. Please note: During periods of high order volume or special promotions, processing time may be extended by a few days.
We always strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping methods

We only ship within Germany and Spain. Shipping is carried out by one of the following service providers, depending on which one offers the best conditions for your order:

  • DHL
  • DPD
  • USPS
  • FedEx

Shipping costs

  • Standard shipping: 4.90€ per order (free shipping for orders over 100€)
    Shipping costs are not included in the product price. They are calculated at checkout and paid by the customer.

Packaging

The shipping packaging is licensed by our fulfillment partner Printful.

Delivery time

Shipping usually takes 3–5 business days*. Together with the production time (2–3 business days*), this results in a total delivery time of 5–8 business days*.
We do our best to deliver your order faster whenever possible.

Track orders

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping details and a tracking number so that you can check the status of your delivery online at any time – either directly in the email or at the following link: Track your order.

Shipping restrictions

  • We only deliver within Germany and Spain.

Damaged or lost items

If your item arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us immediately at support@golstrive.com. We will investigate the case within 24 hours and contact the shipping provider.
Depending on the outcome of the investigation, we will either send you a replacement item or refund the full purchase price.
